DEA-2166: prospect attribution filters on dm prospects list - #51

Adds --source-group, --added-by, --added-after, --added-before and --status to dm prospects list and passes them to GET /v1/prospects. Documents the new options and the prospect attribution fields on property and person records. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

--source-group,--added-by,--added-after,--added-beforeand--statustodm prospects list, passed through as the new GET /v1/prospects params from DealMachine/dealmachine-api#234. Works once that API change deploys.properties get/people getalready print the newis_prospectandprospect_*record fields (objects as JSON), so no display change.Tests: new request-URL test for all five flags; typecheck, build, plugin and artifact checks pass.
