…ss cross-check - Ignore repeat 'running' part updates (opencode 1.18 restamps time.start, including right before completion): first observation wins. Fixes tool spans/durations collapsing to ~10ms for multi-second tools and stops leaking two orphan spans per tool call. Upstream report: DEVtheOPS#112 - Prefer the plugin-observed wall-clock window over state.time when it is meaningfully longer (250ms slack); missing time.end no longer drops the span/metric/log. - End opencode.llm spans at generation end (last text/reasoning content, or first tool start) instead of assistant.time.completed, so tool time is no longer booked as LLM time. - Cross-check playwright tool success against known failure signatures in the output; downgrade false successes to error with ERROR severity. Live-validated against opencode serve 1.18.4: a 'sleep 5' bash call now records 5,071ms (was 10ms) and the triggering llm span ends 1ms before the tool starts.
