Adds ColossalChests2 to the README generator (CurseForge
colossal-chests-2, ModrinthcdpRozK9, listed after ColossalChests) and to the 1.21.1cyclops-allpoms for Fabric, Forge and NeoForge, pinned to the current dev build1.0.0-15.profile/README.mdis left to the workflow, which regenerates it on push to master. Running the generator locally adds the ColossalChests2 row.The same version passes all 1.21.1 builds in CyclopsMC/packtests#112.
