feat(integrations): decision leaves report a summary to the linked card - #1768

DqZaak lists a case's links in one Gekoppeld card. Given onSummary the decisions and approval-chain leaves now draw nothing and report their count, noun and rows. They keep their own CnDetailCard elsewhere. Assisted-by: ClaudeCode:claude-opus-5-5

Before those releases nothing passes the callbacks, so the leaf renders exactly as today.Verified locally: the touched unit specs, eslint, the l10n gates and the integration-parity gate.
