- Switch fixed pixel font sizes to fluid clamp()-based sizing so text scales with viewport width instead of overflowing on phones. - Turn the nav item strip into a horizontally draggable/scrollable row (mouse-drag + native touch swipe) instead of wrapping or squishing items with ellipsis when they don't fit in one line, with a blurred edge fade as a scroll hint. - Wrap page content in a masked scroll viewport so it fades out and is fully hidden as it scrolls under the fixed nav, instead of visually overlapping or bleeding through it. - Add a hover glow to nav items and other .hov buttons, driven by mouseenter/mouseleave state instead of CSS :hover, which turned out to be unreliable for this scrollable/draggable strip across browsers. - Fix a mobile text-overflow bug on the Help page where long unbroken paths ran off the screen edge.
