One of the main use-cases for screeners is for them to work alongside and/or be embedded into CRM systems

• We should be able to start new screenings with information pre-filled from existing CRM information for a given client/applicant.
• We should be able to record results of a screening back to a client/applicant's record.
• We should support workflows where the screener is embedded directly into the CRM application OR where the screener is run in another tab/window from the CRM.

At bare-minimum:

• provide documented endpoints/hooks for integrations
• provide an example (or two) implementation with Salesforce (and perhaps one other CRM that is popular with small community organizations)

At our best:

• provide a plugin architecture of some sort to allow easy integration of any CRM (provided a plugin has been created for it).
