Complete Library Checks for PHL Homestead Exemption #290
More progress with adding new library checks... one more check and I will have the full Philly Homestead benefit ... and then I will only need one more check for Senior Citizen Tax Freeze, but that one will probably be more complex since the age requirement is so convoluted from a logical standpoint (not sure if it will make sense to have the overall requirement in the library or how I will break it down).
Hope to have those two benefits worth of checks done this week and then I intend to check in with folks to show them/ get feedback.

started working in earnest on creating new library checks... got one new check and the beginnings of claude skill for making this easier over time...
