Brighter 10.8.1 shipped; the docs were written against 10.8.0. • Tutorials replayed on a clean machine: all four rungs pass on 10.8.1, no page repair; run table updated.

Follow-ups, not in this change

Listed in the record: two possible upstream issues (the Func overload's null Inbox factory; channelFailureDelay apparently unapplied) and one release-note inaccuracy, for the maintainer to file or not; replay notes on rung 4; MongoDBOutbox.md's collection pre-creation; dated notes 10.8.1 may have fixed; new features with no page.

1. Sign-off to merge — this changes the published site.
2. Permission to delete the head ref bugfix/brighter-10.8.1 after it merges.
