Test the full admin workflow end to end

Adds an end-to-end test that takes a request through the whole admin workflow, from submitted to closed with a finished video, and checks the result on the public site. It relies on the accessible names from #1827.

The workflow

One spec, e2e/admin.spec.ts, runs its steps in order on the seeded "Kari gólyabál", which no other spec touches. If a step fails, the later ones are skipped, so the failure shows where the workflow broke.

1. An admin accepts the request in the decision dialog. Only admins can.
2. A crew member sets himself as responsible, moves the event into the past (only a finished event can be recorded), adds a crew member and enters the recording path.
3. He creates the video with an editor and takes it through edited, coded and published (which adds the "Megosztás közösségi platformokon" todo) to archived.
4. He marks the recording as copied to Google Drive and deleted, which closes the request.
5. The requester sees the finished request and the published video with its link on the site.

A bug fixed along the way

The staff pickers ("Felelős", "Vágó", "Stábtag", "Felelősök") filter a staff list that loads in the background. A search typed before it arrived found nobody until the user typed again. The picker now stays disabled until the list has loaded.
