Description
The Homebrew Core to Homebrew Cask migration is complete. Remove the retired Formula build and test jobs, delete their dedicated generation and validation scripts, and update the release playbook to reference the Homebrew Cask publication workflow.
The active Homebrew Cask build, signing, generation, and test pipeline remains unchanged.
