Missing sovereign cloud metadata (Bleu + Blackforest) #34059

Describe the bug

In https://github.com/Azure/azure-cli/blob/dev/src/azure-cli-core/azure/cli/core/cloud.py there are various missing metadata properties.

For example, Bleu is missing:

1. azure_datalake_analytics_catalog_and_job_endpoint
2. azure_datalake_store_file_system_endpoint
3. active_directory_data_lake_resource_id
4. app_insights_resource_id
5. attestation_resource_id
6. app_insights_telemetry_channel_resource_id
7. app_service_resource_id
8. attestation_resource_id
9. azmirror_storage_account_resource_id
10. log_analytics_resource_id
11. synapse_analytics_resource_id

It looks like the above fall into one of the following buckets

1. Never assigned in any cloud
2. Only assigned in the public cloud
3. Only assigned in public + national (Fairfax & Mooncake)

Maybe that makes sense for some of them (need to check each RP), but for sure the missing synapse_analytics_resource_id is a bug, because its synapse_analytics_endpoint coutnerpart is there (in Bleu).
