Adds AAZ command models for Microsoft.Search management API 2026-11-01 (GA), generated from azure-rest-api-specs (spec PR Azure/azure-rest-api-specs#47009, merged) with aaz-dev-tools (Search-support fork, Azure/aaz-dev-tools#550). Commands keep the existing 'az search service/usage' surface. Companion azure-cli PR to follow.
