…_delete split, action bumps, runner sizes. - Fast Builds: dispatch-only trimmed ReleaseBranchCI, configured through CI.WORKFLOW_CONFIGS. - Regression: split lightweight_delete out of Common into 4 parts with a 300 minute timeout. - Bump actions/* to the 26.8 versions; upload-artifact@v3 no longer works. - Add 16c/32g size labels to stateless and integration jobs. - Unpin the keeper image to FROM alpine. Fast Builds: new dispatch-onlyfast_builds.yml, a trimmedReleaseBranchCI(builds, docker images, Grype, install, release/aarch64 stateless, sign). Configured through aFastBuildsentry inCI.WORKFLOW_CONFIGS. Dispatch needsfast_builds.ymlon the default branch.lightweight_deleteout of Common into 4 parts with a 300 minute timeout.
