@alexpiet This will go into effect with any new mouse when the updated curriculum is used to generate the trainer state in dataverse. To take effect with any current mice, the trainer states would need to be updated in dataverse. I don't believe this will require redeployment on rigs but will double check |

Increases bias stage movement to .1 for all stages in all curriculums. Resolves #251
