Allow generator-only processing in the D0 and Ds derived-data creators without requiring the MC centrality table.

Changes:

PWGHF/TableProducer/derivedDataCreatorD0ToKPi.cxx

  • Add the TypeMcGenCollisions alias for aod::McCollisions.
  • Use this alias in processMcGenOnly instead of the join with aod::McCentFT0Ms.

PWGHF/TableProducer/derivedDataCreatorDsToKKPi.cxx

  • Add the same TypeMcGenCollisions alias.
  • Update processMcGenOnly to use aod::McCollisions without the MC centrality table.

PWGHF/Utils/utilsDerivedData.h

  • Update fillTablesMcCollision to check at compile time whether centFT0M() is available.
  • Keep the centrality value when the input provides it.
  • Store -999.f when centrality is unavailable.
  • Preserve the fillMcCollBase configuration check.

The reconstructed-MC process functions keep their existing collision-table inputs.

@vkucera Could you please take a look? Thanks!
