Release 1.22.0.

Notable changes for developers:

• Version bump to 1.22.0
• npm audit fixes: multer 2.4.0 -> 2.5.0, and in the lockfile body-parser 1.20.9, lodash 4.18.1, validator 13.15.35, moment 2.31.0, dottie 2.0.7 and serialize-javascript 7.1.4 (dev only)
• mariadb is kept at 3.0.0 on purpose: every version fixing its advisories (>= 3.3.0) breaks the migrations with Sequelize 6.37.8 (the connector makes the meta property of results non-configurable, and Sequelize deletes it). uuid (via Sequelize) has no non-breaking fix
