CSD-80336 Demo builds fail before compilation because Maven Central does not contain agora-special-full 4.6.4.1 or iris-rtc 4.6.4.1-build.1. These artifacts are published to https://download.agora.io/maven. Add that repository to the library and both Android examples.
Validation: all three dependency POMs and AARs return HTTP 200 from Agora Maven; git diff --check passed. The isolated checkout has no Node dependencies: pre-commit JS/TS checks skipped and the npx commitlint hook stalled, so it was interrupted and the commit was created without hooks. Android build verification will run through the release Demo workflow after this configuration fix.
