…ync test Updates the host assessment, matrices, and Tart docs to the verified provider-host model: macOS+Tart is DedicatedKernel VM isolation, egress stays NotEnforced statically, and EnforcedOnProviderHostVerified applies per sandbox only with Softnet mode on, operator opt-in, and a passing canary. Adds scripts/verify-tart-softnet.sh (fail-closed + IPv6 checks, unverified on real hardware until an operator runs it) and a doc-sync test binding the documented Softnet JSON to TartSandboxOptions.
