Mirrors gql.tada #599 in GraphQLSP. Updates both README snippets and the checked-in VS Code settings (including linked examples and e2e fixtures) to use js/ts.tsdk.path and js/ts.tsdk.promptToUseWorkspaceVersion. Also corrects the documented settings file path from .vscode/config.json to .vscode/settings.json.

Verification: git diff --check; parsed all tracked settings.json files with Node; checked that no deprecated setting keys remain.
