Fix dead and stale external links The blog.beefproject.com subdomain no longer resolves, so unlink those references (keeping the text) and drop the dead Blog entry from the footer. Point the sqlmap link at sqlmap.org and the Chromium issue at crbug.com, and unlink the defunct Google Code CommunicationServer URL.
