Subject: [PATCH] Fix StringSet(Expiration, ValueCondition) doc link: set, not
 delex

The overload (and StringSetAsync via inheritdoc) pointed at the DELEX
command page; it was copied from StringDelete. Also add the missing
<returns> to match the sibling overloads.
