Rebuild every UCX version for `x86_64/generic` and `aarch64/generic` in 2023.06, 2025.06 and 2026.06 once the hook that drops the option for generic targets has landed. UCX 1.18.0 and 1.19.0 keep their pins: the released files add UCX-1.18.0_fix-glibc-2.43-compile-failure.patch, which the current installations were not built with.
